A temporary resident permit is a type of permit issued by the Canadian Immigration Service for people with special needs.

Conditions for obtaining a temporary permit

1. At the discretion of the Immigration Officer, if the applicant remains in his / her home country, he / she is in danger or if he / she is eligible under the Refugee Protection Act or IRPA.

2. Have proof.

3. Have not been deported from Canada for other reasons.

4. The person has a study or work permit but has applied for a work permit extension or change of field.

 

Required Documents

  1. Two pieces of photos
  2. Copy of passport (if you apply from USA, ID card is also accepted)
  3. Your current work / study permit
  4. All documents issued by the IRCC
  5. A letter to the CIC explaining why you should be granted a temporary residence permit.
  6. Provide a certificate of no supremacy

 

The cost of the application is $ 200 and the cost of biometric is $ 85.
